Tapton Hall

The venue is Tapton Hall.

For centuries, this historic house has been an integral part of the Sheffield landscape. The Hall’s distinguished history has seen it serve as a home to great names (including Florence Nightingale) and bear witness to great events.

Please note; The Hall no longer has a kosher kitchen but lunch and evening menu options will be either fish, chicken or vegetarian options.

There is also an optional bar adjacent to the Dining Room.

On receipt of a positive RSVP, a separate link will be sent with an on-line form for completion – attendance in morning, evening or both and menu selection.

The location which is in the Rannoor area, is served by frequent bus services on the main Fulwood Road. By taxi it is about 20 minutes from the main rail station.

Note when approaching Shore Lane from the Ranmoor, there a sign which says Masonic Temple but is very obscured by trees and it is a sharp turn left on to a busy narrow road, with student halls of residences on the left. Tapton Hall is further along also on the left.

There is very ample parking and is wheel chair accessible. The Shabbat Service is on the ground floor. Meals will be in the Dinning Room on the first floor -access via stairs or lift.

The evening will be in the main reception room on the first floor.
